Overview

The most medial superficial flexor, and the only forearm flexor supplied by the ulnar nerve. Its tendon guards the ulnar nerve and artery at the wrist.

    Humeral head: medial epicondyle. Ulnar head: olecranon and posterior border of the ulna

  • Insertion

    Pisiform, hook of hamate, and base of the 5th metacarpal
